Air Caster Roll Movers
Roll movers with built-in air casters for manually repositioning heavy, compact loads over short distances.

Aerofilm Systems
Air casters that glide over joints and cracks, for floors that are not completely sealed.

A standard air caster loses its air film when it reaches a crack or an expansion joint, and it stops. The gap crosser avoids this. It distributes the air through many small holes instead of one large opening, so the caster keeps gliding across joints.
Gap crossers lift higher than comparable casters, work well in cleanrooms, and share the dimensions of neoprene air casters, so they can often replace them in an existing set-up. Sizes run from 8 to 36 in, at up to 30 psi. A heavy-duty variant is available.
Not sure whether your floor needs them? Send us the floor details and we will advise.

Pneumatic jacks that raise a heavy assembly a controlled amount so air casters or transport dollies can be placed underneath — no crane required.

Low-profile beams carrying two or more air casters, for long, narrow or unevenly distributed loads.

Air casters embedded in a platform or frame, for permanent or semi-permanent load-moving installations.

Complete load modules with air casters for moving very heavy or large loads, with centralised control.

Reinforced neoprene air casters for the heaviest loads and highest pressures, from 1,100 to 175,000 lbs.
